Puzzle

I must have too much time on my hands if I'm using it to make up puzzles. Anyway ....

Aunokw okwmayewa mew rgw kmar ewdyfw id rgw xinokwz. – Iaxme Quksw

1. Decode the quotation. Each letter stands for another.
2. The assignation of letters is not arbitrary. What system did I use to choose which letter would stand for another?

Very clever, Mr. Bond.

I have made a copy of this and will be working on it at home this weekend.
I'm stumped so far but...
I will prevail!

The quote is so short ... That makes it hard. It's a lot easier to decode when you have more things to work with, double letters, (the same second letter over and over again is usually an H. SIngle letters have to be "a" or "I" etc. This one is a lot trickier. I don't even know if I could solve it ... Maybe I could, because I would guess at the author's name then google!

Re: puzzle

Well I solved it Saturday night after work (in spite of an error on your part. The rgx, should have been rgw and that slowed me down for awhile because it meant the first rgw mat not have been what I thought it was.)
In case anyone else is trying to solve this, I am posting the answer in your facebook private message area. You can share the answer when you wish.
Also, I enjoyed this challenge but even after all weekend of trying, I was unable to crack the code. Looks pretty arbitrary to me!
Thanks.
